The Vitalis Thermal Men combines high-thickness neoprene panels with Thermal X inner lining technology to deliver excellent insulation and warmth for cold-water swimming. Panels up to 4.5mm thick increase thermal protection and buoyancy, helping swimmers maintain efficiency and conserve energy during long sessions in colder conditions.

A secondary “Batwing” neoprene layer across the back acts as a thermal seal, reducing cold water entry and improving heat retention throughout the swim. Flexible 39+ and 39FS neoprene technologies in the shoulders and underarms enhance elasticity and range of motion, helping maintain a smooth, unrestricted stroke despite the additional insulation.
