Each 80 g gel provides 55 g of carbohydrates and 250 mg of sodium. Each gel uses a blend of maltodextrin and fructose in a 1:0.8 ratio, proven to enhance carbohydrate absorption beyond 60g per hour. Maltodextrin offers a rapid but sustained energy source with reduced gastric load thanks to its high molecular weight. Fructose, being a simple sugar, is absorbed through separate transport pathways, allowing athletes to process higher amounts of fuel without gut distress.
